Hi, I’m Zoe, the proud owner of One Step At A Time Foot Care. As a fully qualified, registered, and insured Foot Health Practitioner with full DBS clearance, I provide expert mobile foot care and chiropody services across the West Midlands and surrounding areas. With over 16 years of experience in the care sector, I have dedicated my career to ensuring that everyone, from age 6 to 96, receives the foot care they deserve.
My Own Journey
I started in the care industry as a carer and worked my way up to managing my own domiciliary care agency. Clients often asked for foot care recommendations, which inspired me to train as a Foot Health Practitioner. Now, I offer professional, mobile foot care directly to your home, providing convenient, personalised care that has earned me referrals from satisfied clients and families.
Qualifications
I trained and qualified as a Level 3 Foot Health Practitioner (RQF) at Stonebridge College, earning the S.A.C. Dip RFHP.
I’m skilled in specialised treatments like Verrutop, Abicin, and the Lacuna Method.
I’m also a member of the Register of Foot Health Practitioners (RFHP) and trained in orthotic assessments at Sure Clinic, Stoke on Trent.
I am also a member of Dementia Friends.
