How Much Is Treatment?
The cost on average is between £30-£50 (location based) for an initial foot health assessment. This is what we call a General Foot Health – MOT. From the first session and an evaluation, we can then recommend / carry out any further treatments. These treatment types are recommended based on your individual needs. Please note prices can be subject to change according to location, however we ensure regular contact with clients on this.

How Do I Book?
Due to an influx of people wanting help with their feet we advise you make contact through our website, to ensure a efficient response. Once we receive your message an agreed date/time can be setup for your first appointment.
How Long Will Treatment Take?
The first appointment will take up to 45 minutes and follow up visits will be up to 30 minutes. Our care to you is essential so please allocate 1 hour at least.
How Often Do I Need To Be Seen?
It all depends on the treatments needed and can vary between 6 weeks to 4 months for those interested in regular foot care. (maintenance plans optional)
One Step At A Time Foot Care is happy for you to pre-book appointments to secure a preferred slot (advised) due to demand, or you can contact us when you feel your feet are ready.
Does It Hurt?
The answer is 9/10 no. It completely depends of what is being done.
We take great care of people of all ages from children (DBS Checked) right through to elderly and or impaired. Some are more sensitive to touch or are ticklish which is completely normal, we take our time and make you feel relaxed with a positive outlook. Referrals to a GP are only made in more serious cases.
What If I Need To Cancel My Appointment?
We understand there are cases where you may need to cancel an appointment. If so please aim to contact us as soon as possible.
(at least 24hrs notice is advisable as to not incur a sur-charge)
What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
Are You Registered And Insured?
Yes absolutely. We are registered with the RFHP – Register Foot Health Practitioners, are DBS Checked and have workplace insurance to safely work in mobile locations. Including private homes, care/nursing homes, day care centers etc..
What Personal Details Do You Obtain And/Or Store?
One Step At A Time Foot Care Ltd, operate within the guidance of practitioner laws to keep our clients safe and GDPR for data protection. This includes our website too. We only use the information you provided with your consent as a way of contacting you.
