Your First Treatment

Experience Personalized Foot Care

At One Step At A Time Foot Care, we fully understand the importance of maintaining optimal foot health. Our General Foot Health Check serves as both an initial assessment and a first treatment session, ensuring you’re on the right path to healthier feet.

During the appointment, we thoroughly examine your feet and identify any issues to be able to provide the best level of care thereafter. Based on our findings, we create a personalised care plan tailored to your needs. In rare cases if necessary, a GP referral may be recommended, however rest assured – you’re in safe hands and have come to the right place.

What To Expect

A Thorough and Friendly Assessment

As a mobile foot clinic, we bring our comprehensive foot health check directly to your home. You’ll be seen by Zoe – a fully registered, DBS-checked, and insured practitioner with over 16 years of experience in the care sector. I take pride in helping clients of all ages, from 6 to 96 years, feel more confident in their foot health. The goal – to assess your feet thoroughly and provide the care you need, leaving you comfortable and re-energised.

Bonus: Why Does Foot Health Matter?

Here's The Answer

Foot health is often overlooked, yet it’s vital for mobility, balance, and overall comfort. Ignoring your feet can lead to issues ranging from minor discomfort to serious conditions affecting quality of life.

Around 75% of adults experience foot problems at some point. Regular check-ups can help prevent common issues like bunions, corns, and plantar fasciitis. We’re here not to alarm you, but to offer reassurance and guidance.
